Refund Policy

At TVAzure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your IPTV subscription. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds are available.

1. General Policy

All subscription purchases are final once an account has been activated. Because our Service provides immediate access to digital streaming content upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds after activation. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our Try 1 Month first.

2. Eligible Exceptions

2.1 Extended Service Outage

If TVAzure experiences a verified outage affecting your account for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit. The outage must be confirmed on our end. Requests must be submitted within 14 days.

2.2 Duplicate Charge

If charged more than once for the same plan due to a technical error, you are entitled to a full refund of duplicate charges. Processing takes 5-10 business days.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Wrong plan purchased
  • Issues with your own internet or device
  • Compatibility issues with unsupported hardware
  • Account suspended for Terms violations
  • Forgetting about the subscription
  • Content library changes

4. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your full name, account email, purchase date, issue description, and payment reference
  3. Submit within 7 days of the qualifying event
  4. Our team responds within 3 business days

5. Try 1 Month

TVAzure offers a Try 1 Month so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing. Request yours at tvazure.com/Try 1 Month or contact us.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. TVAzure is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension.

8. Changes

We may modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted at https://tvazure.com/refund.html.
