Welcome to TVAzure ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://tvazure.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

TVAzure provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided via the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in the United Kingdom, to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

  • All prices are in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Payments are processed securely. TVAzure does not store payment card details.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Due to the immediate digital nature of the Service, no refunds are issued after account activation. Exceptions apply only for verified service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours (pro-rata credit) or confirmed duplicate charges (full refund). Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your account; broadcast, publicly display or re-stream content; circumvent access controls; use automated tools; or violate any applicable law in the United Kingdom. Violation results in immediate termination without refund.

6. Device Limitation

Each subscription allows access on one (1) device at a time via the IBO Player application exclusively. TVAzure does not provide support for third-party applications.

7. Service Availability

TVAzure strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party disruptions or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Service is the property of respective content owners and licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for Terms violations, without prior notice or refund. You may cancel by contacting [email protected].

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TVAZURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at https://tvazure.com/terms.html with an updated date.
